The Brewery Courtyard at Port 1560 will come alive on Saturday, September 26, with the St. Wenceslas Port Market. From 12:00 to 20:00, the market will bring together local producers, craftspeople and food vendors from Český Krumlov and the surrounding area.
Participants will include Krumlov Brewery and the Brewery Restaurant, as well as Antoni, Limoška, Porkies with meat chips, Lakeside Culinary, SK Factory with fashion and original graphic designs, and Retrosmalt. Visitors can also look forward to handmade products, candles and decorations. The market will feature a Port 1560 Creative Workshop, where you can make your own original canvas bag or a print inspired by the “Garden of Anna of Rogendorf.” There will also be face painting for children.
Food and drink will naturally play an important role. You can look forward to Brewery Beef Goulash, halušky with smoked meat and sauerkraut, grilled meats, sausages and cheeses, as well as other hearty specialities. Those with a sweet tooth can enjoy delicious crêpes and specialty coffee.
A Krumlov Brewery stall serving St. Wenceslas Lager will be set up directly in front of the historic Brewhouse exhibition. Live music by DixieCK will add to the relaxed atmosphere throughout the afternoon.
The market will be followed by the Evening of Open Museums and Galleries. From 19:00 to 23:00, you can also visit the Brewhouse exhibition and its original 1867 brewery technology free of charge.
